With this privacy policy we would like to inform you about the types of your personal data (hereinafter also referred to as "data") that we process, for what purposes and to what extent. Résumé
I am a Senior Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience building scalable systems and immersive experiences. My expertise spans backend architecture, cloud-native development, and game engineering. I am currently seeking new challenges in remote-first or fully remote organizations.
Beyond code, I am a published author and a frequent tech conference speaker, including regular appearances at the Kassel Code Meetup. I have been featured on the GoTimeFM podcast and love traveling to conferences to stay ahead of industry trends. When not coding or speaking, I’m out walking my two dogs.
The Bosses
Games
Ludum Dare is one of the oldest and largest game jams in the world, held approximately three times a year. At the start of each event, a surprise theme is announced and participants then have 48 hours (solo Compo) or 72 hours (team Jam) to create a complete video game from scratch — design, code, art, and audio.
All games below were created as Ludum Dare submissions and are freely available on itch.io.
Open Source
Gocloak — Keycloak REST Client for Go
Gocloak is a full-featured Go client library for the Keycloak REST API. Keycloak is an open-source Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution widely used to secure applications with Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Gocloak covers the complete Keycloak Admin REST API and provides a clean, idiomatic Go interface for tasks such as:
- Managing realms, clients, roles, and users
- Token introspection and refresh
- Group and role mapping
- Fine-grained permission management via Keycloak’s Authorization Services
The library is actively maintained and used in production by teams integrating Keycloak into Go-based microservice architectures. Contributions, issue reports, and feature requests are welcome.

Speaking & Workshops
I am available for keynote speaking, technical talks, and workshops at international conferences and internal company events. My areas of expertise include:
- Golang: Concurrency patterns, TinyGo for IoT, and high-performance backend systems.
- Software Architecture: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Monoliths, Microservices, and Event-Driven systems.
- Open Source: Community building and maintainership (Gocloak).
